Frans is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a former Lecturer of Law at the University of Free State and Varsity College. He has been practising law at Maja Attorneys and has also practised at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyer in the Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Commercial Law departments. Frans worked as a Compliance Officer for Assupol Life, and has more than 10 years experience as an Adjudicator and Mediator for the Ombudsman for Banking Services of South Africa and the CGSO.
