Jacques Van Heerden is an admitted attorney and notary, holds an LLB degree qualification which he obtained in 2007 through the University of Pretoria. He worked as an associate for Werkmans and was seconded to Clover Industries Limited to assist with the recapitalization of Danone Clover Proprietary Limited and the capital restructuring. In 2010, he became a legal services manager and company secretary and later became a group legal manager. Jacques is an associate at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of South Africa. He currently holds an executive position in the supply chain and distribution department at Clover SA PTY Ltd.
