I have vast knowledge and experience in customer service and carry more than five years in retail industry where I dealt with customers directly. Having spent 6 years in Transunion credit Bureau, I successfully rotated in different departments such as call centre, administration, data compliance administrator and I also hold a certificate of Good customer service which was awarded to me by Transunion. Furthermore, I spent two years as a call centre agent with the Credit Ombud alongside having worked in different companies as a safety officer as I obtained a qualification in Occupational Health and Safety through The Oxbridge Academy.
