Bandile is an admitted attorney with experience from various industries such as telecommunications, petrochemical, mining, food and beverages and consumer goods throughout the Sub-Saharan Africa region. She holds an LLB from UKZN (PMB), Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law and LLM in Business and Commercial Law (WITS). She is a certified company secretary by the then Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa now known as Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa.
