Katlego has a great experience as a Call Center Agent/ Telesales, he has more than 11 years’ experience in the industry, having spent 7 years with Merchants A Dimension Data Company where he led and managed teams in different business units including Mercedes Benz SA, Financial Services Board And Transunion Credit Bureau. Katleho has completed a Project Management course with Wits University and Future Leader Programme with Dimension Data and he is currently studying Management Development Programme to enhance his management skills.
