Magauta Mphahlele
Magauta holds an Honors Degree in Applied Linguistics and a Postgraduate Diploma in English Education from Wits University. She is an Accredited Court Annexed Mediator and a respected speaker and commentator on all issues related to credit, consumer protection and rental housing.
She started her career as a Junior Lecturer in the Department of Applied Linguistics at Wits University. Before joining the CGSO, Magauta was the CEO of Ithuseng Credit Solutions which is registered with the National Credit Regulator as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Agent responsible for resolving credit disputes through Mediation, Conciliation or Arbitration. She also managed various capacity building projects, monitored and evaluated the performance of eight regulatory institutions at the Department of Trade and Industry (The DTI). She was instrumental in driving the development and enactment of the National Credit Act and Consumer Protection Act.
Her passion is to ensure a healthy and fair credit and consumer protection market in South Africa through influencing policy and legislation, as well as empowering consumers with information about their rights, obligations and options when they are experiencing financial difficulties or feel that their rights have been transgressed.

Queen Munyai
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Queen joined CGSO in November 2013 as a GM: Corporate Services after being with CGCSA where she worked as Internal Audit & Compliance Officer. Prior to joining CGCSA, Queen worked as a Business/ Financial Consultant both in Public and Private Sector in areas of Finance, Internal Audit and Compliance. Prior to this, she also worked at Standard Bank of South Africa for 10 years and Momentum for 2 years. She has more than 20 years working experience in a Financial and Auditing environment.
She holds a B Com (Financial Accounting) from the University of Pretoria, Programme in Forensic & Investigative Auditing and a Postgraduate Program in Advanced Taxation from Unisa She is a member of SAIPA (South African Institute of Professional Accountants) and IoD (Institute of Directors South Africa).

ouma Ouma Ramaru Media Liaison, Training & Outreach  Manager Ouma has a wealth of experience in client / customer care services, having spent 17 years at the EDCON call centre. Ouma started off as a call centre agent, progressed to be staff training facilitator and then became a credit team manager.
Nomsa Tokoane Marketing Assistant
Nomsa Tokoane obtained her National diploma in Marketing Management through the Vaal University of Technology in November 2017. Before joining CGSO I was working as a Sales Executive Trainee at Hyundai Motors for a year.
Rhoda Rhoda Maphosa Accountant Rhoda Maphosa established her working experience as an Accountant and Finance Manager in Retail and Public Relations sector, she has more than 10 years combined experience in the Finance and Operations environment. She obtained Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Finance and completed a Management Development programme with Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS)/ University of Pretoria.  
Nicky Nicky Stetka Complaints Manager Nicky was in practice specialising in civil and commercial litigation before she joined the CGSO. She obtained her B Com Law and LLB degrees from Wits.  
Phillip Ramalobela Senior Adjudicator
Phillip Ramalobela obtained his LLB degree at the University of Limpopo. He then worked in practice specializing in labour and civil law and was then admitted as an attorney of the high court and he moved to LegalWise where he worked as a Senior Legal Counsellor and also acted as a branch manager at LegalWise for over a year at the Soweto and Johannesburg branch.
mokgosi Mokgosi Rampa Adjudicator Obtained B.Iuris and LLB degrees at University of Johannesburg. Admitted as an Attorney in 2011 and worked for the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa as a Consultant for 10 years before joining CGSO as an Adjudicator.
Penelope Penelope Kwape Junior Adjudicator I studied Business Retail Management at the University of Johannesburg . Worked at Pick n Pay as a checkout assistant while studying . Was in an internship at the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa introduced by the Wholesale and Retail Seta and moved on to work for the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud Office .
Katlego Katlego Lehabe Business Development Manager Katlego has a great experience as a Call Center Agent/ Telesales, he has more than 11 years’ experience in the industry, having spent 7 years with Merchants A Dimension Data Company where he led and managed teams in different business units including Mercedes Benz SA, Financial Services Board And Transunion Credit Bureau. Katleho has completed a Project Management course with Wits University and Future Leader Programme with Dimension Data and he is currently studying Management Development Programme to enhance his management skills.  
Chandni Chandni Kalyan Human Resource Generalist Chandni Holds a degree in Industrial Psychology from Wits and Postgrad Degree in Work Psychology from Unisa. She has also specialised in payroll and a short course in change management. Her stepping stone into this career was being an intern at the M&E SETA. She has approx. 5 years of experience in the Human Resources industry.  
Bongiwe Bongiwe Myeni Business Development Officer Bongiwe has worked extensively with customers at different levels. She has more than 9 years of experience as an administrator, personal assistant and foreign exchange consultant at First National Bank. She has a National Diploma: Management Assistant.
Nadima Nadima Hartley Administrator Nadima was employed at the Ombudsman for Banking Services for 10 years as an Administrative Assistant.  She assisted the Adjudicators and Complaints Assessors and vice versa.
Mpho Mpho Neluheni Administrator Mpho brings with her experience in Financial Administration, Reception, Human Resource Administration and Call Centre Agency in various companies including Tracecom, COLLEGE SA, UCS Solutions.
Mantombi Mantombi Rikhotso Administrator Mantombi has  strong Customer care skills and has worked extensively with customers at different levels. She has more than 5years of customer care and admin skills. She brings her hard working skills in Call Centre, admin and data capture from various companies that she worked for From Metropolitan Health Group, Thebe ya Bophelo, SWGC, family and medical centre to MTN .
Jeremy Jeremy Samuels Call Centre Team Leader Jeremy Samuels holds a Diploma in Information Technology in Software Development from the Independent Institute of Education. Before joining CGSO, he worked at First National Bank as a Call Centre Agent.
Siyanda Siyanda Tyikwe Administrator Siyanda has worked for several companies including the Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) before joining the CGSO.
Audrey Audry Ramaloko Administrator She obtained her National Diploma in Office Management & Technology from Technikon North West. Worked as administrator at Reri’s Insurance Brokers for 12 years. Joined CGSO in 2018.
Obakeng Rammila  Obakeng obtained an LLB (Bachelors of Law) degree from University of Johannesburg . Previously worked for Minemed as a sales representative.
more Theodore Luthuli Call Centre Agent Theodore has experience as an Administrator and a Call Centre Agent. Before joining the CGSO, He worked as an Administrative Officer for Food & Trees For Africa (FTFA ). He then worked for Telkom Mobile as a Call Centre Agent.
William Mmotong Call Center Agent William obtained an HRM National Diploma from Vaal University of Technology in 2017, did a learnership of child and youth development from Nomcebo Community Development Project and volunteered at Sechaba Community Care Center in the year 2018 and recently joined CGSO.
Theodore Tsholofelo More Call Centre Agent Tsholofelo joined CGSO in November 2018, after being with various companies as a Call Centre Agent. Prior to that she worked for the Consumer Goods Council of SA for 6 years where she worked as an Office Administrator and Events Co-ordinator for the Marketing department, Receptionist, GS1 ( Global Standard South Africa) – Member services administrator and Customer Service Consultant.

Selinah Sempe Selinah Sempe Call Centre Agent I obtained my Diploma in Travel and Tourism from DAM Business College in 2002.I have 14 years working experience in total. I started to work at Absa Bank as a Bank Teller. I also worked for Mango Airlines as a Check in Agent and I then got a job at Europcar/Tempest car hire as a Car Rental Agent. I later on joined Dollar Thrifty Car Rental and my job position was a Car Rental Agent/Front desk receptionist. I recently joined CGSO working as an Call Centre Agent.

Sibusiso Mkhize Sibusiso Mkhize Call Centre Agent I have vast knowledge and experience in customer service and carry more than five years in retail industry where I dealt with customers directly. Having spent 6 years in Transunion credit Bureau, I successfully rotated in different departments such as call centre, administration, data compliance administrator and I also hold a certificate of Good customer service which was awarded to me by Transunion. Furthermore, I spent two years as a call centre agent with the Credit Ombud alongside having worked in different companies as a safety officer as I obtained a qualification in Occupational Health and Safety through The Oxbridge Academy.

Priviledge Priviledge Ndou Finance Clerk Privilege is experienced and skilled in call center and customer services. She has worked in various companies including Math’s Tee and Metropolitan life. She holds a diploma in Beauty Therapy and currently studying towards a BCom Accounting degree.
Gladys Gladys Manyobe Receptionist Gladys brings with her over 3 years of experience. She has worked at Xerox as an office assistant. Prior to that she worked at Colleen’s Coffee Shop.
 Veronica Fokwana Veronica Fokwana Cleaner Veronica brings her Admin and Housekeeping experience over the years and she worked for Namitech and Jamilto as a Machine Data Operator and also worked for their Dispatch department as a dispatcher.
