I hold a Diploma in Public Relations and Communications with practical experience in marketing and communications support. My key skills include stakeholder engagement, social media content coordination, media monitoring, reporting, and administrative project support. I am proficient in tools such as Mailchimp, Meltwater, MS Office, and AI tools, with strong abilities in research, data management, and digital content scheduling. I am highly organised, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. My career interests lie in marketing, communications, public relations, and social media management, where I aim to contribute to impactful campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and support effective audience engagement.
DEIDRE CYNTHIA TUCKS
I am a Human Resource Management graduate from the University of Johannesburg, where I completed my degree with distinction and was recognised among the top 1% of students in 2024. I’m currently pursuing a
BCom Honours in Human Resource Management while gaining practical experience as an HR Intern at the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. In my role, I have supported key HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, training administration, and payroll-related processes.
I am organised, detail-oriented, and dependable, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to my work. I enjoy working in structured environments where I can contribute to smooth HR operations and support both employees and management. I am particularly focused on building a career in HR coordination and payroll administration, contributing to accurate, efficient HR operations while continuing to grow my expertise in the field.
Ripfumelo Shilubane
I am a detail-oriented accounting professional with an Advanced Diploma in Accounting
Sciences, a Diploma in Internal Auditing, and currently pursuing a Postgraduate
Diploma in Financial Accounting. I am working toward the
Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification, a globally recognized professional
accounting certification, and have obtained 9 exemptions out of 13 exams based on my
academic background. I have a strong foundation in financial reporting, taxation,
auditing, and internal controls, supported by practical experience in accounting
processes and internal auditing. I hold a Sage 50cloud Pastel Advanced Certificate and
am proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data capturing,
reconciliations, basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
My key skills include: strong attention to detail and accuracy, analytical thinking and
problem-solving, good organisational and time management skills, the ability to meet
deadlines (especially during month-end), effective written and verbal communication,
ability to work independently and within a team, high integrity and confidentiality,
adaptability and willingness to learn, strong administrative and coordination skills,
professionalism, accountability, and overall time management.
I am passionate about contributing to accounting and finance operations, ensuring
accurate and timely financial reporting, and continuously developing my professional
skills.
