She has extensive expertise in corporate governance, company secretarial practice, commercial law, regulatory compliance, risk management, ethics, data privacy and dispute resolution across diverse and highly regulated sectors. Maheshnee brings a strong commercial and pragmatic approach to board decision-making, with a proven ability to balance governance requirements, legal and regulatory risk, and strategic business objectives. She holds an LLB and is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
