Takie is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and is the Governance & Compliance Executive and Company Secretary of the Cashbuild Group. He has served as a corporate governance professional for +19 years in various industries, spanning financial services, manufacturing, energy, chemicals and retail.
He also serves as a member of the JSE Issuer Advisory Council and as a member elected trustee of a Pension Fund Management Committee.
